My mission
As a specialist in pelvic health and strength training for women in this stage of life, I’ve seen what happens when women are told to “just wait.”
I don’t believe in that approach.
I created the Uplift Program because too many women are told to wait, manage, or accept leaks and discomfort as inevitable.
I don’t believe that’s the only path. With the right progression and support, your body can rebuild strength and confidence, at any stage.

I try to practice daily because I’ve seen such a big improvement!
IT’s allergy season for me and I’ve been sneezing without having to clench; I run up the stairs with a full bladder and no leaks and the real deal for me was a 4-hour trip up north where I didn’t have a “stop the car moment” because I had to pee.
I have chronic lower back pain due to scoliosis and degeneration. All of the exercises in the program are spine safe and with two of them in particular, I feel immediate relief from the pressure in my lower back.It’s like a self-adjustment without a trip to the chiropractor!
